Payment methods and raksasa deposit/withdrawal policies

raksasa accepts deposits via eight channels: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Unusual patterns — large deposits from new accounts, multiple deposits followed by rapid withdrawal attempts, deposits from individuals on sanctions lists — trigger additional verification or account freeze.

Withdrawals must be requested to the same payment method used for deposit. If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal goes to local payment. We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 2–4 hours; processing to your external account (e-wallet or bank) takes subject to verification for e-wallets or 24–48 hours for bank transfers. During holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi), processing may extend by one additional day.
